Please make good choices for YOUR future! I’m coming from a good place in my 💞 saying this outloud… <if you know me, you know I am an OPEN book – and I will SHARE with you the story of how the last downturn personally affected our family, just ask me to fill ya in.>
I am only saying this in hopes of preventing a much worse situation 90 days from now. GOVERNMENT STIMULUS CHECK must read!

So here it is broken down:
1. To Tenants:
If the government says you don’t have to pay your rent and there’s a ban on evictions, I hope you will do whatever you can to pay your rent, if you have the funds.
There will be major repercussions when eviction bans are lifted, if you were unable to pay your rent in full. I don’t want to see anyone be homeless in a few months. Don’t think it is a free ride.
PLEASE PAY YOUR RENT if you can! If you absolutely can not pay your rent, or are short by even $10.00 – CALL 📞 your landlord, attempt to set up an agreement📜 and get any items in WRITING!! (Do not trust they will keep their word simply bc agreements, of any kind, with anyone, should be IN WRITING!!) 📜
2. To Homeowners:
If the government tells banks to stop mortgage payments, DO WHATEVER YOU CAN TO PAY YOUR MORTGAGE!
Some Mortgage servicers are saying you don’t have to pay for 3 months but on the 4th month, ALL 4 payments are DUE in FULL. Make sure you get a full explanation of the forbearance they offer to you, so you can plan accordingly.
Do not take a chance and not pay without understanding what the terms are. Major foreclosures will come from all of this if you don’t know your terms.
Please pay your mortgage if you can and if you get approved for a forbearance PLEASE know your terms!!! And ABS Get it IN WRITING! 📜
3. If the utility company suspends payments, PAY. ANY. AMOUNT. YOU . CAN!
They are like banks, they will want their money eventually and when all this clears up, you’ll owe a huge bill and still won’t have any utilities (plus we’ll be going into the Summer 🔥 months were bills are higher.)
Please Pay whatever you can, even if it is just $25.00.
4. If you get a government stimulus check, this check is to HELP you pay your BILLS. 💳💰That means you pay your rent, your mortgage, your utilities, your insurance, your car payment, food, Y.O.U.R. B.I.L.L.S. 💳💰This is not for frivolous spending on non essential STUFF!!!
5. This could turn into a real problem, many irresponsible humans, who will get the stimulus check….won’t pay their bills and then be crying saying
“They evicted me. They cut off my power, they repossessed my car…”
All while you’re broke and carrying that non essential stuff you bought with your stimulus check.
BE RESPONSIBLE PLEASE!!!!
It’s not a free for all, people please think wisely, be responsible and be smart with the money you have.
