Morrison Ranch SOLD Homes Final Update as of 8-31-2013
Home sales seem to have slowed just slightly within Morrison Ranch for the month of August. I guess we can blame it on the heat, or humidity. Historically sales do begin to cool off while parents are in full mode with back to school activities, I believe in the Greater Phoenix current market that home sales will remain strong for the remainder of 2013.
The following statistical reports represent ALL the homes that officially closed in Morrison Ranch neighborhoods during August 2013. (Higley Groves, Higley Groves West, Highland Groves, Higley Estates, Lakeview Trails & Elliot Groves are all being researched to gain this information in our report. If your subdivision doesn’t appear it means there have not been any recent sales.)
