As the President of FemCity Phoenix I am beyond ecstatic to be trusted with the launch of this newly formed chapter.
My goal is to connect women throughout Maricopa County no matter their education or profession, while showing them we can help one another AND succeed! As women in today’s business culture we need to reach out to one another to brainstorm, share, learn, cultivate friendships and YES even help a fellow competitor!
There have been many times during my real estate career that I encountered a situation where a woman could have helped another woman in her field grow professionally but she was unwilling to share her experience – what that woman neglected to see is that her decision, stunted her growth. Simply being open enough to share ideas, plans, thoughts, and the best of you allows YOU to grow!
I deeply believe in the mindset that what you give will be returned to you many times over. I have experienced this within my own career for over 16 years. Anytime I have given time, knowledge or just simple support, the favor was returned many times over (not necessarily from the same person I shared with or supported but Karma works in wonderful ways).

Within her Real Estate Career Erika has virtually mastered multiple facets of the business, however her drive and determination do not allow her to rest. She continually strives to do things in a more time efficient manner, bringing less stress and more reward to her clients!
Erika has always enjoyed learning new technology and thrives on the cutting edge. Her most recent endeavor Madsen Avenue Promotions has been born from the knowledge she has gained in recent years while living in Raleigh, North Carolina.
With all of these traits it is hard for Erika’s mind to stop dreaming up ideas to plan out and execute, she thrives on building community wherever she focuses her time. She is a master at facilitating connections of all types, from neighbors in large master planned communities, to small business’ who want to market to those neighborhoods, business networking groups, girl scout troops and many more!
