I am watching movement closely at we enter the beginning of our Spring market – things are still strong but some listings are lingering a bit longer than they were. That appears to be based solely on pricing and what a ready, willing and able Buyer is feeling compelled to pay. We have limited inventory in some sizes and price ranges and with people moving to the Greater Phoenix area daily demand is still high in our area.
