As we enter the Spring market home sales in 85212 are still strong. Some listings in our East Mesa area are lingering a bit longer, than they are, say in Gilbert.  That appears to be based solely on pricing and what a ready, willing and able Buyer is feeling compelled to pay.  We have limited inventory in some sizes and price ranges and with people moving to the Greater Phoenix area daily demand is still high in our area.

Be sure if you are considering Selling your home soon that you consult with several Realtors to help you gain knowledge of the area and all of the current options in the market place.
